Chestnut
This bonbon is an homage to roasted chestnuts, one of the most comforting aromas of winter, and is made with roasted chestnuts and Italian chestnut honey gathered from bees that feed on the blossoms of the chestnut tree.
Rosemary & Thyme
From hearty roasts to festive holiday cocktails, herbs bring deep flavor and vivid color to winter foods. This bonbon highlights the hardy, woody winter herbs. Ground hazelnuts and dark chocolate are blended with olive oil and infused with rosemary and thyme to create this flavorful bonbon.
Eggnog
This bonbon is our ode to one of the most iconic drinks of winter. It captures the decadence of eggnog and presents it through two differently textured layers of ganache. The freshly grated nutmeg and a touch of cognac further evoke the holiday season.
Mulled Wine
From the German Glühwein to the French vin chaud, mulled wine heralds the arrival of winter. With its aromatic medley of orange and lemon peel, cinnamon, clove, and vanilla bean, this bonbon captures the wonderfully warming qualities of mulled wine.
Champagne
This bonbon is dedicated to the quintessential celebratory drink for wintertime celebrations, from New Year’s Eve to Valentine’s Day. The bright fragrance of champagne, the velvety whipped ganache, and the sparkle of color against the dark chocolate create a feeling of festivity.
Stollen
Inspired by the buttery, fruit- and nut-filled loaf that is a centuries-old Christmas tradition in Germany. Like Stollen, this bonbon is full of delicious ingredients that smell like Christmas, from nutmeg and cardamom to rum-soaked raisins and candied bits of citrus peel.
