CHOCOLATE MAKING AT L. A. BURDICK
At L.A. Burdick Chocolate we are happy to be considered one of the premier confection and bonbon artisans in the US and abroad.
Since 1987 we have been dedicated to making the freshest bonbons, pastries and confections. Using the finest ingredients from around the world, we hand-pipe and hand-cut all of our bonbons. These artisanal chocolates are made without the use of molds and are preservative free. Our focus is on using the best chocolate, made from the
finest cocoa beans available. We look to the tropics for our couverture (cocoa bean source), Europe for our chocolate block and
liquors, and locally here in New Hampshire for the freshest cream, butter and eggs. All of our product is shipped to you fresh, and because we don't use preservatives we recommend that you eat these fine bonbons within three weeks of receiving them, and don't forget to share!
